You will have the opportunity to develop the root of bitterness, but don’t allow it.

 

God made this world in such a way that no man can stand as an Island. 

We are interrelated and interconnected. 

In relating together, it is impossible to not have your toes stepped on. 

Sometimes, it would be out of mistake, while at other times, it would be the Devil motivating people against you.

 

Above all and in all, avoid grudges, hatred, and discontent that will result in the root of bitterness. 

You have the love of God in your spirit, allow the manifestation of that love and let it take mastery over your life.

 

Respond to hurts, disappointments, and attacks of people with the love of God deposited in your heart. 

If you keep thinking about, ruminating on, and nursing the wound inflicted by others, the root of bitterness would develop within you.

 

After the root of bitterness has developed, it becomes very hard to uproot.

Then, the person who was the reason for the development of the root of bitterness would have carried on with life but the evil root that has gained ground will begin to trouble you.

 

Let go of the past. 

Let go of the hurt and the people who hurt you. 

Allow the Lord, the Balm of Gilead to heal you.
