 HAMEED TAJUDEEN AND OTHERS, A SCENERIO OF BRIBERY, EXTORTION, COMPLICITY, UNPROFESSIONAL  INFAMOUS  CONDUCTS AND BIASED INVESTIGATION AGAINST SP JOSEPH AGBOOLA (Via FRAUDULENTLY OBTAINED APPROVED FRIVOLOUS PETITION BY IGP OFFICE CB: 7000/ IGP/SEC /ABJ/ VOL.664/71 dated 15th November, 2023) ATTACHED TO IGP MONITORING UNIT 

TO TRANSFER, SUBVERT JUSTICE AND DISCHARGE THE ACCUSED PERSONS: MR HAMEED TAJUDEEN AND OTHERS OVER THE MURDER OF LATE MR SHERIFF ISHOLA SALAMI ON TUESDAY 18TH APRIL, 2023 AND OTHER WANTON CRIMINALITIES TO WIT; CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY AND SUBVERSION OF JUSTICE, CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO PROPERTIES AND FORCEFUL INVASION AND FORCEFUL ENTRY, HARRASSMENTS,  INFAMOUS CONDUCTS, INTIMIDATION, LAND GRABBING, FORGERY OF SIGNATURES, IMPERSONATION AND DOCTORED AJIRAN / ENVIRONS LAND TITLE DOCUMENTS, THREAT TO LIFE, THREATENING VIOLENT CONDUCTS AND CONDUCTS LIKELY TO CAUSE BREACH OF PEACE.

It has now become a transactional ordeal for hardened criminals to simply use the office of the Inspector General of Police to frontally attack, frustrate and subvert justice at will inorder to free accused persons,  thus has been the ongoing web of corruption in the Nigeria police circle,  despite several protestations by the Mrs Mariam Sheriff Salami and a group of human rights organizations: Center for Human and Socio-economic Rights (CHSR) led campaigns against the police interference with the ongoing investigation in murder case at the Nigeria Police Force, FCID Annex Headquarters, Alagbon, Ikoyi, Lagos under the control and command of AIG IDOWU OWOHUNWA whom information once  confirmed he granted and invited the aforesaid notorious Land Grabber and Murderer: HAMEED TAJUDEEN, WASIU AKINSEMOYIN AND SELIA invitation access cards and reserved seats during his promotional ceremony at Police Force Headquarters in Abuja, a situation that shows high level connivance and conspiracy going on between criminals and police officers.    Regrettably, whereas investigation to unearth the remote causes of death and gruesome murder of Late SHERIFF ISHOLA SALAMI started well only for invitation to be served on the accused persons: led by one Wasiu Akinsemoyin and Selia to come along with other suspects/who are dreaded notorious thugs and cultists, unfortunately they refused to honour invitation, while the principal suspect: 

Hammed Tajudeen fled out of Nigeria, only to be informed via the attached police signal order to discontinue investigation by the same police hierarchy at the office of the Inspector General of Police in a bid  to deceitfully and clandestinely hijack the case file inorder to free and discharge the principal suspects. For records, all

 Complainants and witnesses have made their statements and evidence tendered at the General Investigation Department, FCID, Alagbon but  the aforementioned cohorts refused to honour invitation and present themselve for fair  investigation.       

As part of the mandate by the investigation team was about to carry out  coroner inquest as part of their commitment to ensuring due diligent investigation  , before the accused suspects induced and used office of the IGP Monitoring Unit to effect this most embarrassing criminal acts of BRIBERY, EXTORTION, COMPLICITY, UNPROFESSIONAL  INFAMOUS  CONDUCTS AND BIASED INVESTIGATION led BY one SP JOSEPH AGBOOLA VIA a FRAUDULENTLY OBTAINED APPROVED FRIVOLOUS PETITION BY IGP OFFICE marked CB: 7000/ IGP/SEC /ABJ/ VOL.664/71 dated 15th November, 2023) ATTACHED TO IGP MONITORING UNIT 

TO TRANSFER, SUBVERT JUSTICE AND DISCHARGE THE ACCUSED PERSONS: MR HAMEED TAJUDEEN AND OTHERS OVER THE MURDER OF LATE MR SHERIFF ISHOLA SALAMI who was killed in cold blood after an heated arguments threats from Hammed Tajudeen that he will kill him and he did not hesitate to disappoint himself ON TUESDAY 18TH APRIL, 2023, where the deceased was tracked down at a burial ceremony at Moba Town in Eti-Osa, Lagos.   Similarly, the whole world was shocked when a popular TVC Program Journalist Hangout on TVC featured one Mr Dayo Joshua who explained his predicaments evil sojourn and sufferings in the hands of Aforementioned culprits Hammed Tajudeen and hus co-accomplices with the mention of the alleged Police shield of the suspects from being investigated over their continued acts of WANTON CRIMINALITIES TO WIT; CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY AND SUBVERSION OF JUSTICE, CRIMINAL TRESPASS TO PROPERTIES AND FORCEFUL INVASION AND FORCEFUL ENTRY, HARRASSMENTS,  INFAMOUS CONDUCTS, INTIMIDATION, LAND GRABBING, FORGERY OF SIGNATURES of the Oba Tijani Akinloye, Ojomu of Ajiran Land, and other principal members of the Ojomu Ajiran Royal Traditional  Council, they equally attempted more grievous injustices and crimes unimpeded such as  IMPERSONATION AND they forged and DOCTORED AJIRAN COMMUNITY and other ENVIRONS LAND TITLE DOCUMENTS,  THREAT TO LIFE, THREATENING VIOLENT CONDUCTS AND CONDUCTS LIKELY TO CAUSE BREACH OF PEACE, in absolute contravention of the expressed declared  vision of IGP Egbetokun for high level professionalism and well equipped Nigeria Police Force, precipitating an urgent demand for the IGP to swiftly call for an independent harmonization AND PROPER UNBIASED INVESTIGATION by well experiencedTacticalSqaud team of Police officers under strict adherence to sanctity of the rule of law and order. 

This is outburst is predicated on the fact that the entire Ojomu Ajiran Communities is under tensions and intended intensed fear from this most dreaded notorious Land Grabbers led by Hammed Tajudeen, Wasiu  Akinsemoyin and others who runs a syndicated criminal web of cultists and in collaboration with ranking police officers both serving and retired, most of who are under his(Hammed Tajudeen)payroll, constituting huge impediments to ensuring justice and due diligent investigation, while the  currently undergoing  diligent investigation by THE GENERAL INVESTIGATION SECTION, FCID ANNEX HEADQUARTERS, ALAGBON, LAGOS, wherein non of the invited suspects honored police invitation but yet claimed and boasted to be connected to senior police officers and politicians, this are some of the reasons criminals find police networks as an easy ride and save heaven to compromise with officers like SP JOSEPH AGBOOLA and his likes who are well paid to SUBVERT JUSTICE AND kill the matter so to discharge the accused suspects from investigation and possibly prosecution at the court. 

Interestingly,  investigation is about to be concluded since all witnesses have written statements and interviewed by the Secrion head at Alagbon,  only to be aware of the impending catastrophic instigated petition to transfer and kill the case; covertly obtained deceitfully,  hence the urgent demand for thorough investigation accordingly. 

This case has received millions of Nigerians attention via TV, Radio and  Newsprint broadcasts and social media comments, while various 

groups of human rights organizations and the Lagos State House of Assembly has raised awareness on the matter alongside family members of the deceased, particularly the wife, Mrs Mariam Sheriff Salami which was widely reported and published in daily newspapers, television and other media platforms aimed at bringing the attention of President Bola Tinubu’s attention and IGP'S lintervention accordingly. 

The necessity and importance of the aforementioned matter to clear the debris of taint and monumental embarrassments to the IGP'S office will go a long way to conclude investigation on criminal aspects of the crimes committed by the principal suspects alongside the need to exhume the deceased  body remains for due diligent autopsy and coroner inquest. 

 A fundamental  demand is  that all persons found culpable should be made to face the full wrath of the law of the Federal Republic of Nigeria respectively. 

Also, necessary to unravel all related hijacked cases and drag all issues relating to the aforementioned crimes such as terrorism, murder, threatening violence, criminal trespass to property,

forgeries of land title documents, harrassments of community leaders and other innocent Nigerian citizens residents within the Ajiran communities and by extension Nigeria. 

Regrettably, the victim Late SHERIFF ISHOLA SALAMI met his untimely death as a result of physical heated arguments with Mr Hammed Tajudeen who threatened to deal and kill the innocent victim and father of three beautiful toddler daughters and helpless aged mother, only to make real his threats when his team of thugs and cultists attacked and shot dead Late SHERIFF ISHOLA SALAMI ON TUESDAY 18TH APRIL, 2023 at MOBA TOWN during a Burial ceremony of a community leader,  what a heartless criminality and grievous injustice and oppression of man by man.

 Nigerians and the whole world shall appreciate the National Security Adviser to the President,  DG DSS and other law enforcement agencies for a concerted efforts for synergy and onward intervention for due diligent investigation and prosecution at a court of competent jurisdiction.

Injustice anywhere is a threat to Justice Everywhere.
