Prince Akintoye Felix Adeoye is a quintessential property developer with a remarkable career spanning over 30 yeors.
His expertise and dedication to the fields of law and real estate have cemented his reputation as a leader and innovator.
With an impressive educational background and extensive professional expenence, Prince Akintoye continues to contnbute to the real estate industry sgnificantty.
Prince Akintoye holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) Hons and a Master of Laws (LL.M) from Obafemi Awolowo University, lle Ife, Nigeria. He attended the Nigerian Law School, Victoria Island, Lagos, and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1993, enroling as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
In addition to his Legal qualifications, he eamed a Bachelor of Theology from LIFE Seminary, University of Ibadan.
Demonstrating a relentless commitment to professional growth, Prince Akintoye has participated in numerous empowement and leadership programs both in Nigeria and abroad.
He completed the Owners-Managers Program (OMP 2) and Chief Executive Program (CEP 18) at the Lagos Business School, Pan Atlantic University, Nigena. He further enhanced his strategic leadership skills at the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies, Kuru, Jos.
He completed the Advanced Management Program (AMP) at the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de la Empresa (IESE) Business School, University of Navarra, Barcelona, Spain. His pursuit of excellence also led him to the Real Estate Institute in Dubai, UAE, and various workshops, conventions, and conferences in Canada, the USA, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Eas} Africa.
With over 30 years of practical experience in both the legal and real estate sectors, Prince Akintoye has played pivotal roles in numerous real estate projects within Nigeria.
He is the Principal Partner at Adeoye, Ademuwagun & Co (Solicitors, Advocates, and Notary Pubic), where his leadership and expertise continue to drive the firm's successful practice. Additionally,
He serves as a director at New Creation Properties Limited and Wisdom Property Limited.
Prince Akintoye has held significant positions in the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN).
His roles have included Vice-Chairman and Chasman of the South-West Zone, General Secretary, Deputy President Il and Deputy President.
He currently serves as the President and Chainnan of the Council.
