Some things are important in life but some things are not so important. 

Social interaction is part of God’s design for human beings on earth. 

God never intends for anyone to stand as an Island; we are made to be interconnected. 

Cultivating friendship is definitely easier for some people than it is for others.

 

Some are naturally endowed to make friends more easily than others. 

You may not be naturally endowed in that area but it is an art that can be cultivated. 

Note that making and having good friends is essential to good living. 

All things being equal, friends will lift some burdens of life from you.

 

Friendship is about mutual benefits and so you must be ready to contribute to the friendship. 

Friendship is not meant to be forced but cultivated. 

It is easier to strike a friendship deal than to keep it going. 

Trust is the fulcrum upon which friendship runs, so be trustworthy.

 

If you are ready to sacrifice to keep your friendship going, then in later years, you will reap the dividends. 

Your friends today are what your children will refer to as connections tomorrow, so be wise in choosing your friends.
